If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, they will cancel the order and process a refund immediately. If you decide to return your BionicGym within 30 days of receiving it, you can do so. Once the return has been received it will be inspected by their warehouse team. If the Gel Pads have been opened and attached to the Bionic Wraps and/or the returned BionicGym does not meet the required hygiene standards, there will be a $128 return/restocking fee deducted from your refund amount.
